Terms and conditions
1. No money, no lesson - it's very simple.

The Practical Driving Test time and date must be agreed with the driving instructor to prevent other pupils tests clashing.

4. The Pupil agrees, to be on time for the lesson.
5. No eating in the tuition vehicle.
6. No smoking.
7. No attitude, respectful, hard working pupils that give me 100% will be rewarded more than any other driving school.

12. Any refund is subject to a request of a refund no later than six months of the start date or first lesson of block booking, whether cash or block booking.
If requested before six months I will endeavour to give a refund of remaining lesson value the same day.
Any later than six months the amount is none refundable. Detailed and accurate accounts are kept on paper record.
13. Mrk1 driving Instructor agrees to give 100% to every driving lesson for the pupil to succeed.
One hour lessons are a temporary measure only viable up to 15 hours, if two hours from that point are not taken it will be seen as the pupil is reluctant to improve and wants to cut corners preventing the driving instructor from preparing said pupil for the test. The majority of the lessons must be spent learning the test area like the back of their hand. This of course increases the opportunity of passing first time with low driver faults. Driving to slough from maidenhead for example best case takes 25 mins there for 1 hour will not be expectable. Services will be withdrawn and you will be asked to find another instructor due to a lack of respect for a very challenging and demanding job. Driving instructors are punished severely for presenting candidates for and driving test that clearly haven't had the correct amount of training for the ability.
Did you know there is no legal requirement for a dvsa driving examiner to prevent damage to a vehicle, meaning the examiner can let the candidate kerb the wheels or smash through width restrictions assuming you have enough driving experience not to need help.
